Self-empathy through visual expression

Overview

Some days we carry a lot,  staying strong for everyone. And somewhere along the way, we lose touch with ourselves.

This is a gentle pause. A place to practice to come home.

We will guide you through a simple self-inquiry practice.

You learn to read your body, name your feeling, find the need underneath, and watch it pass, like weather. When we know what is inside us, our words change too. We speak, and we do not wound.

What Will You Learn?
  1. To read your body instead of pushing past it.
  2. To name what you feel without judging it.
  3. To find the need under the feeling, and meet some of it yourself.
  4. To notice how feelings move and pass, like weather.
What Will You Bring Home?
  1. A simple way to check in with your body.
  2. A Feelings and Needs list to help you name what is there.
  3. The self-empathy practice: feeling, need, and a small step to meet it.
Who Is This For?
  1. For sisters who carry a lot and give a lot.
  2. For the one people come to, who rarely comes home to herself.
  3. For anyone who wants to speak from a clearer, kinder place.
Requirement
  1. No expertise needed. Just a willingness to listen inward.
  2. Wear something comfortable.
